Dr. Philipp Lukas Peloschek was born 1975 in Vienna. He is married and has two daughters. Dr. Peloschek studied medicine at the University of Vienna/Austria from 1994 – 2000 and graduated with a doctorial thesis about “Validation of a radiologic-rheumatologic expert system”. From 2000 – 2001 he served at the Austrian Army Hospital. From 2001 – 2006 residency at the Department of Diagnostic Radiology/Medical University of Vienna. Since 2006 he is consultant radiologist at the Department of Diagnostic Radiology/Medical University of Vienna. Since 2007, he is Medical Director of the Center for Computational Image Analysis in Radiology – CIR at this department. He is a member of the Austrian Society of Roentgenology and of the European Society of Radiology.
Dr. Peloschek published 34 scientific papers in international and national scientific journals and is co-author of several book chapters.
